You'll oversee performance strategy across Paid Search and Programmatic, lead a high‑calibre team, and partner with senior stakeholders to advance media innovation and effectiveness.
Core Areas of Ownership
Define and lead the agency's performance marketing vision across Paid Search and Programmatic.
Build, mentor, and inspire a team of high‑performing specialists to deliver measurable growth.
Establish scalable processes, best practices, and reporting frameworks across all accounts.
Partner with agency leadership to evolve the performance offering and embed innovation in every client strategy.
Client Growth & Partnerships
Act as the senior strategic lead for key client relationships, translating business goals into media strategy.
Collaborate with client services, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated, results‑driven campaigns.
Identify and drive new growth opportunities within existing accounts through data‑led optimisation and innovation.
Support new business development through strategic insights, pitch input, and onboarding excellence.
Oversee campaign execution and optimisation across all paid media channels, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
Champion platform innovation, automation, and emerging tools to maintain performance leadership.
Partner with analytics teams to build advanced measurement frameworks focused on attribution and ROI.
Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform client strategy and agency growth.
Experience & Background
9+ years' experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven track record leading teams across Paid Search and Programmatic channels.
Experience working with growth-focused consumer brands or organisations with complex digital ecosystems.
Analytical mindset - fluent in interpreting data, attribution, and optimisation metrics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience managing large-scale budgets and developing long‑term performance roadmaps.
