Role Title Revenue Management Lead

Location Melbourne, Victoria

Hours & Arrangement Full‑time. 12 month fixed term contract on a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office)

Reporting to Head of Strategic Revenue Management

What you’ll do

Lead development of portfolio pricing strategy and price‑value actions for profitable value and volume growth.

Drive development of portfolio Net Price Realization and Product Mix plans at the channel/key customer level.

Optimise Portfolio Trade Investment for profitable growth with Customers.

Embed SRM pillars across One Demand, with advanced analytics capability.

Deploy promotional guardrails, and ensure governance of the deployed guardrails.

Your unique ingredients

A track record of successfully translating strategies into action and delivering results; comfortable presenting to and engaging with Sr. Leaders or strategic forums simplifying complex concepts and strategies.

Demonstrated understanding of the strategic & operational impacts of SRM’s choices and decisions across the 5C’s (i.e. Category, Consumer, Customer, Competitor, Company).

Direct experience in monitoring & analyzing market pricing and internal brand pricing architectures. Scenario planning direct and indirect portfolio cost pricing changes and the levers that can be used to maximize profit and growth.

An understanding of the end‑to‑end steps required to deploy SRM strategy changes within a market.

Astute commercial and financial skills with excellent organisational agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L, with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ‘can‑do’ attitude with strong influencing & problem‑solving capabilities; ability to challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
