We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Insurance Broker

with a minimum of

5 years’ industry experience

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily interactions with clients, providing expert advice in relation to insurance policy conditions, risks covered, premium rates and benefits, and to make recommendations on the amount and type of cover and tailored insurance solutions

Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure competitive quotes

Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments with accuracy and efficiency through banks, lenders, financiers and insurance companies

Prepare and present insurance quotations to clients

Conduct regular phone calls and meetings to maintain client satisfaction and retention

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Requirements

Minimum

5 years’ experience

as a Commercial Insurance Broker

Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualified

Qualification equivalent to Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor, Master in highly relevant major fields of study that include finance, economics, accounting, management, general commerce and business

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets

Proficiency in

Winbeat, Sunrise, and SCTP systems

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
