About the Role
As our
Member Engagement & Communications Advisor , you’ll be the voice that keeps our members informed, inspired, and involved. From crafting compelling content to orchestrating events that people actually want to attend, you’ll be at the heart of our member experience. You’ll also help shape our brand, manage digital content, and support strategic projects that drive impact.
What You Will Be Doing
Creating engaging newsletters, portal content, and member communications
Planning and delivering events, webinars, and forums that spark connection
Supporting onboarding, training, and educational programs
Building strong stakeholder relationships and keeping our membership engaged
Contributing to reports, publications, and digital content (yes, even the fun stuff!)
Collaborating with creatives to bring ideas to life
Supporting brand awareness and engagement campaigns
What You Will Need
5+ years in customer service, account management, or member engagement
Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills
Event planning and multi-channel communications experience
Tech-savvy with tools like Dynamics 365, Canva, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Office 365
A people-person vibe and the ability to simplify complex info
A curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and a love for continuous improvement
