You will work on significant Transformation in the CFO Agenda across Finance Strategy, Value Case, Operating model, Process design, Integrated Planning and Forecasting, and Global Business Services. Location

Sydney, Perth, or Brisbane Responsibilities

Proven experience in a top-tier consulting firm providing Finance Transformation services to clients Proven experience delivering transformation projects to improve Finance functions, including Finance operating models (design to implementation, including Shared Services / Outsourcing), Finance organisation design, Finance process improvement and digitisation (OTC, RTR, PTP, FP&A) Proven history of working successfully with C-level leadership Experience developing and delivering Finance-related solutions across industry sectors in Australia Ability to manage and solve complex business problems Undergraduate degree required; qualifications in Finance highly regarded Knowledge of the Australian market Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advisory experience in key Finance digital technologies (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream) Broad understanding of AI and Generative AI and their impact on finance processes, with interest in emerging trends Qualifications

Senior-level experience in finance consulting or related field Strong collaboration with C-level executives and cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to lead large scale transformation programs Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Equal Employment Opportunity
