Chief Marketing Officer Seeking Change

This is not a traditional CMO role. We are seeking a high level marketing professional who is ready to make a big change in their own life and who has the leadership skills to guide others through real life transformations.

This is a remote flexible performance based role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently and being compensated based on results, not through a salary.

Requirements 7 years of professional experience in marketing and leadership

Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead others

Growth mindset and a genuine desire for positive transformation

Coachable and capable of following proven practices

Personable and professional communication style

Desire to be compensated based on performance, not through an hourly wage or salary

Responsibilities Regular communication with potential clients, designing and delivering marketing campaigns across various platforms, collaborating with team members daily, training and personal development to expand the global reach of our programs and events.
