Location: Brisbane, Australia

Salary: AUD 150,215 (Annual Gross) – the above salary range is indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements based on internal company processes.

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia.

Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in discovery workshops with the customer and provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on requirements.

Create solution design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.

Deliver high‑quality code deliverables for modules, including configurations and customizations.

Lead validation for all testing types and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Create plugins, workflows, and work with Azure Services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault.

Lead development activities for Dynamics 365 CRM instances.

Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.

Create data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.

Skill / Competencies / Experience

Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide the team.

Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline.

Preferred: at least 8 years as Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform.

Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
