We're seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to join a high-performing team in a Level 4 role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who not only brings strong hands-on technical expertise but also understands the broader architectural landscape and contributes to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support a wide range of SAP technologies including NetWeaver, Business Objects, Web Dispatcher, and OpenText. Operate complex SAP systems in large-scale cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Take ownership of system monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives. Lead architectural decisions and process improvement activities that ensure performance, stability, and scalability. Act as a technical expert, supporting service areas with advanced troubleshooting and contributing to internal knowledge sharing. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Application, Service Engineering, and Operations. Support incident, change, and event management processes within an ITIL framework. What You'll Bring: 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience, with a deep understanding of system and OS-level configurations. Strong background in cloud operations and provisioning automation. Familiarity with IT Service Management tools and processes. SAP certification in NW Administration or S/4HANA System Administration preferred. Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
