Base pay range

A$150,000 / yr A$250,000 / yr

The Opportunity Work within a high‑performing Corporate Advisory team advising on:

Public and private M&A, schemes of arrangement and equity capital markets transactions Due diligence, listings, and corporate governance matters

Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance

You’ll work closely with senior lawyers recognised nationally for their expertise, contributing to landmark transactions across mining, energy, resources and technology sectors.

About You Around 3‑6+ years’ experience in corporate or commercial transactions at a leading firm A solid understanding of corporate law and regulatory frameworks Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills A collaborative mindset and ambition to develop your career in a top‑tier environment
