Contract Manager - Premium Entertainment Precinct

Overview Envar is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead delivery of integrated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Services maintenance at a Premium Entertainment Precinct, Perth.

This role carries full accountability for the performance of a high-profile contract within a premium integrated resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of the precinct’s maintenance contract

Leadership of supervisors, technicians and specialist subcontractors

Safety leadership and statutory compliance governance

Financial management including budgeting, forecasting and cost control

Contract administration, scope management and variations

Stakeholder engagement across the precinct’s operational departments

Oversight of reactive works and minor capital projects

About You

Trade qualified or Engineering qualified in Building Services

Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire systems

Multiple years’ experience within complex, high-occupancy or premium assets

Demonstrated experience managing building services maintenance contracts

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary trade teams

Strong commercial and financial management capability

Experience operating in a critical, high demand environment
