Position Summary General Dentist

A well‑established general practice located in Glenelg, South Australia, committed to exceptional, comprehensive dental care and a supportive professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services.

Deliver specialised treatments, including children’s dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), oral surgery (extractions and minor procedures), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, dentures) and implantology (implant placement and restoration).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Current and unrestricted registration as a Dentist with the Dental Board of Australia (AHPRA).

Recognised Bachelor or Doctoral degree in Dental Surgery/Dental Science (BDS, DDS or equivalent).

Proven post‑graduate experience in a general dental practice, demonstrating proficiency across the services listed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on patient education and rapport‑building.

Ability to perform complex procedures such as surgical extractions, molar endodontics and implant restorative work.

Salary Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 per annum, commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience. Salary exclusive of superannuation contributions by the employer.
