Senior Electrical Engineer starting salary $173, (including Super).

Principal Electrical Engineer starting salary $196, (including Super)

with the opportunity to buy shares after qualifying period.

Basic scope of Role (outline but not limited to) Take a "hands-on" approach to electrical design across all building services requirements.

Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems, including lighting, power, communications, and fire detection systems.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams — mechanical engineers, architects, project managers, and external stakeholders.

Assist with tendering, pricing, negotiation, and presentations for new and existing projects.

Mentor and support team members through technical guidance and leadership.

Oversee design documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings in line with Australian Standards and local regulations.

Attend client and stakeholder meetings, ensuring expectations are managed and deliverables are met.

Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and support commissioning activities as required.

Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability best practices.

Your "outside the box" thinking and experience will be a huge asset in this role along with the ability to establish strong relationships with Clients and all internal company divisions (nationally).

Key Requirements Must have full Australian working rights.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical design within the building services sector in Australia

Proficient with Australian Standards, NCC, and WA building codes (highly desirable)

Strong skills in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, AGI and PowerCAD or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

Chartered status (CPEng or working towards)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Must have experience conducting site inspections, occasional day travel may be required.
