Commercial Finance Manager

An opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to take a key leadership role, driving financial performance, strengthening governance, and supporting sustainable growth. This is a senior role with genuine influence across the business sector — ideal for a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution.

About the Role Reporting to the Divisional GM / CFO, you will:

Own monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and analysis

Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting

Oversee all the day to day finance management across the business unit, including transactional finance and payroll

Partner with various internal and external stakeholders to support performance and growth

What You\'ll Bring

Proven experience in a senior financial or commercial leadership role

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic outcomes

Experience improving ERP systems, processes, and controls

Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders

What We're Looking For

CA or CPA qualified (essential)

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

High integrity, sound judgement, and a hands-on mindset

Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities
