Job Description We are seeking a talented Senior Engineer, Civil to join our dynamic and growing team at our brand new Melbourne CBD office. In this role, you will report directly to the Principal and lead a project delivery team, driving the successful execution of projects to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration

Develop relationships with clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships

Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables

Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth

Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement

Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
