Reporting directly to the Executive GM P&C, this is a rare opportunity to build a TA function from the ground up within an ASX-listed business. As the

Head of Talent Acquisition

will architect and implement a scalable, fit-for-purpose Talent Acquisition operating model across ANZ — setting governance, defining standards and embedding consistent hiring practices across a complex, multi-division environment. This is not a pure strategy role. You will remain hands-on, personally delivering senior and critical hires while setting the benchmark for stakeholder partnership and candidate experience. Your mandate extends beyond simply recruitment delivery. You will shape EVP positioning, elevate diversity and inclusion outcomes, introduce data-led performance metrics, reduce agency reliance and build internal capability that supports future workforce planning and mobility. You will partner closely with executive leaders to anticipate talent risk, influence workforce decisions and ensure TA becomes a proactive, commercially aligned function — not a transactional service.
