About the Role You'll lead the Accounting & Tax division within the Mildura office, managing a talented local team and collaborating closely with Partners across the national network. Your focus will include :

Managing and growing a diverse client portfolio

Delivering proactive tax, structuring and business advisory solutions

Mentoring and developing your team

Driving efficiency, growth and strategic direction for the practice

Building relationships across the Mildura and Riverland region
