We are seeking an experienced

Network Lead

to support a federal government division. This role is suited to an experienced Network Specialist with strong leadership capability and the ability to deliver within both agile and waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical teams, including coordination with multiple vendors.

Design and implement complex networking solutions using Systems Engineering or similar methodologies.

Provide expert troubleshooting, problem-solving and diagnostic capability across diverse network environments.

Analyse technical information and communicate clearly through documentation, presentations and diagrams.

Manage workload effectively to achieve outcomes and support project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Network Specialist within technology and/or infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience working in Federal Government environments.

Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Broad technical knowledge across:

Datacentre and remote/office networks

SDWAN / SASE

Firewalls

Routing & switching

Split tunnel / gateway technologies
