Key Responsibilities

Lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions

Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries

Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements

Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation

Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients

Maintain quality and governance across deliverables

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge

Desired Skills and Attributes

5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience

Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance

Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects

Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)

Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)

Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Legal working rights in Australia
