Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for commercial sales and the promotion of the product range. This will be achieved by forming and maintaining strong working relationships with the retail distribution network, whilst adhering to agreed budgets and service levels. This position will also require participation at field days and industry events. Requirements

To be successful in this position, we are seeking the following: Demonstrated ability to build commercial relationships Strong commercial mindset, with the capacity to develop prioritised sales plans A team focus, with the ability to work autonomously Proven self-management and planning skills Base level understanding of agronomy and broadacre crop production A willingness to travel as required On Offer
