The Opportunity

You will inherit a

hot Projects desk

with active roles and existing contractors, supported by a strong government client portfolio. You’ll recruit across Project Managers, BAs, Delivery Leads, Change, Agile, PMO, and transformation talent.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where activity and relationship-building translate directly into contractor growth and significant earnings.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Project Services for QLD Government and enterprise clients.

Step into

live roles from Day 1 , delivering immediately while expanding the contractor book.

Partner with hiring managers on major digital, change and transformation programs.

Build talent pipelines across key project domains for fast and high-quality delivery.
