As CFO of ART Life, you’ll be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for the end‑to‑end financial stewardship of the insurance business. Day to day, you'll:
Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the ART Life CEO and Board
Oversee financial reporting, operating budgets, statutory accounts, and forward‑looking financial insights
Hold accountability for the financial management of the ART Life business, including statutory actuarial responsibilities
Lead and develop the actuarial function, ensuring robust advice on reserving, pricing, liabilities, reinsurance, and financial condition
Oversee insurance product design, pricing, valuation, and ongoing performance monitoring
Drive continuous improvement in pricing models, reporting automation, and management insights
Provide strategic oversight of reinsurance arrangements and related governance
Collaborate across ART to deliver competitive, compliant, and member‑focused insurance solutions
Monitor industry, market, and competitor trends to inform product and pricing strategy
This role is a permanent opportunity.
