The opportunity

You will gain hands on experience across a diverse range of commercial and property matters, including:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.

Advising on corporate structuring, business sales and acquisitions, governance, joint ventures and service arrangements.

Working on innovative projects in affordable housing, infrastructure and community development.

Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex, impactful transactions.

About you

2-4 years’ PAE in commercial law (property and corporate experience highly regarded).

Strong drafting, analytical and problem solving skills.

A client-focused, solutions oriented mindset.

An enthusiasm for collaboration, learning and growth.
