Overview The focus of this role is on our white‑label offering, partnering with B2B partners to ensure they have the data and services to leverage Agoda’s technological products on their platform and provide a better experience for our shared customers.

Agoda’s Senior Product Managers are responsible for defining strategy and goals for various products, including the website, mobile applications, email marketing, and advanced internal tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. SPMs drive continuous innovation to stay ahead in a dynamic industry, create and maintain product roadmaps, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure high performance and meet customer needs.

A Senior Product Manager sees the big picture and the small detail. They understand broad business needs, scan the competitive landscape, spot trends, update the roadmap, and understand every product detail from design to usability. Proficiency with eCommerce metrics—conversion, repeat rates, ROI, site performance, bounce rates—is essential.

Responsibilities

Work on white‑label products from ideation to launch.

Collaborate closely with partners to leverage Agoda’s technology on their platform.

Monitor and analyze market conditions, conduct competitor and technological landscape analysis, and prioritize market segment opportunities.

Set strategic direction to align short‑term and long‑term goals with customer needs and business objectives.

Convert strategic goals into operational tasks.

Manage an agile team for launch to create and maintain a consistent, branded look and feel across all products.

Define KPIs for all projects and evaluate their success.

Define navigational flow and user experience on site, apps, etc.

Evaluate risks and trade‑offs associated with each course of action.

Work closely with users to ensure projects meet business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline).

3+ years of product‑management experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese.

Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision‑making.

Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Experience with B2B/B2C products.

Passion for web design, functionality, testing.

Enthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technology, and to apply innovative solutions.

Ability to motivate and inspire development teams.

Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, effective at managing change.

Experience with latest internet trends and technologies.

MBA or advanced degree in Math, CS, or Statistics preferred.
