Managing Director – Australia

to lead and grow its operations based in Perth. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving business development, operational performance and strategic growth. The Managing Director will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across the Australian oil, gas and broader energy sector by building strong, long-term relationships with operators, contractors and partners. Key Responsibilities

Full P&L and strategic responsibility

for the Australian business. Develop and execute a

growth strategy

aligned with global objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with major operators, EPC contractors and key industry partners. Identify and secure new projects within Mechanical Completion, Commissioning and Decommissioning. Ensure efficient operations with a strong focus on

financial discipline, HSE excellence and quality delivery . Lead, develop and grow a high-performing local organisation. Act as the company’s senior representative towards customers, authorities, partners and industry bodies in Australia. Desired Experience

10-15+ years’ experience

within the Australian oil, gas, or energy sector. Established network and relationships with key operators and contractors. Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as

Managing Director, General Manager, Country Manager or Operations Director

in a technical or project-driven environment. Strong commercial and strategic capability with the ability to balance growth and operational excellence. Experience with project-based delivery models, tendering processes and contract negotiation. Relevant technical or engineering degree or equivalent professional background. Personal Attributes

Visible, credible and trusted leader with strong relationship-building skills. Results-driven, commercially astute and strategically focused.
