CommercialFinance Manager

to lead our financial operations and provide executive-level financial insight to support business growth. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and partners closely with leadership to drive performance, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership

Support development and execution of financial strategy aligned with company objectives

Provide high-level financial analysis and insights to the executive team

Contribute to long-term financial planning and forecasting

Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management

Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Manage audits and liaise with external advisors

Commercial & Operational Support

Partner with department heads to improve financial performance

Analyse margins, pricing strategies, and cost structures

Identify growth opportunities and risk‑mitigation strategies

Drive process improvements and financial systems optimisation Leadership & Governance

Lead and develop the finance team

Establish strong financial controls and governance frameworks

Support capital investment, funding, and financing initiatives

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)

5+ years in senior finance roles with exposure to strategic finance

Strong commercial acumen and business‑partnering experience

Proven experience in financial modelling and strategic planning

Excellent leadership and communication skills

High level of integrity and attention to detail
