About the Role This is a hands‑on senior fabrication role working on

heavy‑duty excavator buckets and attachments . You’ll be trusted with complex rebuilds, high‑wear environments, structural work, and precision fabrication.

But this isn’t a job that's capped at the bench.

We are looking for someone who can

earn credibility on the tools , and as the business grows, step up to help lead the workshop, guide others, and take ownership of production outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build, repair, and modify heavy excavator buckets and attachments

Weld, gouge, cut, form, fit, and assemble with precision

Work confidently from drawings and measurements

Troubleshoot problems and deliver high‑standard work every time

Workshop Impact

Set the pace through your quality and consistency

Support and mentor apprentices and junior staff

Keep the workshop safe, tidy, and organised

Be the person others rely on when things get tough

Future Leadership Responsibilities (When capability is demonstrated)

Daily production planning & job sequencing

Allocating labour and resources

Running toolbox talks and training

Improving systems, workflow, and productivity

Being the glue between production, sales, and delivery
