Role Summary
As a Workday Data Lead (Consultant) you will implement and configure enterprise‑scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, specializing in gathering and transforming customer organizational and employee data prior to loading into the Workday tenants. You will build customer relationships to understand data needs, leading the delivery of solutions aligned to those needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable. You will work with functional leads and stakeholders to keep implementation flowing and lead the data workstream on these implementations.

Essential Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis, manipulation, reporting and formatting.
Workday HCM or Financials Certified, or experience with other similar HCM/ERP systems.
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large data sets.
Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations.
Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.
Broad business and technology understanding and good awareness of industry trends.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of Customer demands and Kainos commercials.
Ability to widen and maintain a network of external contacts.
Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers.
Willing and able to support the sales process including the production of estimates for the delivery of work packages.
Able to implement improvements in tools and/or processes to help the practice.
Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation and the importance of these targets.
Desirable
Knowledge of MS Access.
Some understanding and appreciation for different data formatting characteristics across jurisdictions and countries, to suit our global customer base.
