Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customs Broker, based in Botany, NSW, with the opportunity for balanced work from home. The role includes preparing and lodging accurate customs documentation, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and advising clients on clearance procedures. The Customs Broker will oversee the coordination of import shipments, provide exceptional customer service, and work closely with government agencies to facilitate seamless international trade operations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Customs Brokerage, including compliance and documentation processes

Experience in handling Import operations

Understanding of International Trade regulations and logistics requirements

Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Relevant industry certifications or licensing in Customs Brokerage or a related field

Proficiency in using expedient software is preferred or a willingness to learn a new system.
