Client Director

Client Director – Health, Aged Care and Community Services This hybrid role at Aon Australia focuses on driving the growth of the Health, Aged Care and Community Services sector. It requires a seasoned client‑directing leader accountable for sustaining new business, retaining existing clients, and ensuring leadership stability across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of key corporate clients within the sector

Design and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve profitable growth

Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to exceed service standards

Mobilise resources from the Aon network to deliver on client commitments

Achieve budgeted revenue targets for retention and growth on existing and new business

Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing team, fostering continuous engagement and development

Qualifications and Experience

Proven leadership with a track record in people development, recruitment and team building

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent networking and relationship management

Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively

Experience in business development, revenue and profit analysis, and performance improvement

Familiarity with insurance products and risk solutions; prior exposure to healthcare or aged‑care sectors is desirable

Minimum qualification: Relevant industry degree or Tier 1 general insurance (broking) diploma; strong Microsoft Office skills
