Connect to Work is a new supported employment programme that forms a key part of the governments Get Britain Working strategy. Councils in Cumbria are receiving funding from the Department of Work and Pensions to develop and launch a Cumbria-wide programme to support people into work. To ensure Connect to Work is a success, we are building a new team to drive programme mobilisation and live-running. Location:

45,091 - 46,142 per annum

About This Opportunity

To ensure Connect to Work is a success, we are building a new team to drive programme mobilisation and live-running.

Are you a skilled relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration and making things happen? Do you have a track record of creating partnerships and driving change?

We are looking for a Partnership and Integration Manager to lead strategic collaboration across different sectors to ensure the Connect to Work programme is implemented and successfully maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with partners including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers. Ensure the Connect to Work programme aligns with wider local strategies. Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders. Lead on the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria Contribute to the overall design, implementation and evaluation of the programme.

This role is available on an Initial 3 year fixed-term basis.
