Litigation Lawyer or Associate

Due to strong growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a respected Queensland law firm within their corporate disputes resolution practice.

Key Responsibilities

Advise a diverse client base for national and multinational clients including high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, corporates, and government bodies

Manage a broad commercial disputes caseload, including corporate matters, property law, building and construction disputes, regulatory, stakeholder conflicts, and insolvency matters

Participate regularly in Supreme and Federal Court proceedings, complex interlocutory applications, ADR processes, and regulatory investigations

About You

Lawyer or Associate-level with a strong focus on commercial litigation

At least 2 years’ experience in disputes resolution

Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills

Eager to deepen your litigation expertise and take on challenging, impactful matters in a supportive team environment
