What You’ll Do Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for a variety of roles across our business.

You will be responsible for recruiting across mixed role types including operations, administration, and various other functions throughout the organisation.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide

clear, timely communication .

Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, creating talent pipelines for critical roles.

Deliver a

positive candidate experience

through accurate updates and professional support.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks with precision and care.

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For Experience in

end-to-end recruitment

(internal or agency) or exposure to the transport industry.

Candidates with either transport/logistics industry experience or general recruitment experience are acceptable for this role.

A minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience is required for this position.

A

detail‑oriented, conscientious approach

with strong time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a

fast‑paced environment

while maintaining accuracy.

Excellent

communication skills

and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/recruitment systems is a plus.
