Commercial Finance Manager - FMCG

Role Overview Our client is a growing, household FMCG company that has gone through exponential growth in recent years. As they continue to grow and expand, there is now an opportunity for a highly talented commercial finance candidate to join the business as their key partner to the Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities In this key leadership role reporting through to the CFO, you will ensure timely and accurate reporting and commercial insights to drive commercial decision-making. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with Sales and Marketing providing insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.

Lead and deliver the 5 year strategic plan

Leadership role in forecasts, reporting and analytics for S&OP process.

Leadership of a robust Budget and forecasting process for the group

Financial input and evaluation of business proposals including new products, pricing, marketing and trade support

Identifying areas for continuous improvement and executing accordingly

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within a FMCG, retail or product-based environment (8+ years), having business partnered the commercial side (Sales & Marketing) of the organisation. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the operational side of the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive, commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
