The Opportunity We’re looking for an ambitious Mortgage Broker to join Flint Newcastle in a commission-only Director role.

What You’ll Be Doing Growth, Lead Generation and Client Ownership

Build your own pipeline through strategic networking and business development

Leverage Flint’s brand presence and in-house media to accelerate momentum

Own the client relationship from first conversation through to settlement

Build a loyal book of repeat clients and referral partners that is truly yours

Referral Network Expansion

Develop relationships with top local partners including real estate agents, accountants, financial advisers and business networks

Create a repeatable pipeline of high-quality opportunities across Newcastle and beyond

Operate with a Director mindset inside the strongest brokerage platform in the country

Lending Strategy (With Elite Credit Support) You’ll deliver tailored lending solutions across residential, investment and complex lending, supported by Flint’s dedicated credit and analyst team.

Support includes:

Deal structuring and scenario modelling

Credit positioning and strategy preparation

Documentation packaging

End-to-end processing through to settlement

Depending on your experience, you can run strategy independently or leverage analyst expertise while you scale.

Who We’re Looking For You are:

A broker with 2–5+ years experience (or strong banker lending background)

Confident generating business through referrals and partnerships This role suits someone ready to step into a true business-building chapter.
