Good understanding of software delivery methods and processes Knowledge of the release management function within software delivery Knowledge of service management principles Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills Ability to manage and work across multiple concurrent streams of work Knowledge of Plutora, Jira and confluence Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS and Azure) Relevant experience

As release manager or project manager with view of the full software delivery lifecycle Worked within both Agile /Iterative and Waterfall methodologies Experience with development and utilisation of DevOps methods and tools, specifically in relation with management of configuration items Experience of working within banking environments and systems will be advantageous Leading an organisation level process and behaviour change, with direct responsibility of implementing the change through interaction with stakeholders across levels in the organisation
