Location Brisbane Australia

Salary Salary : AUD 127,157 AUD Annual Gross.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and SDETs.

Well versed in insurance domain preferably Motor Insurance

Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

Ensure timely delivery of test artifacts and maintain high standards of quality.

Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Technical Requirements Strong experience in using Selenium and C#.

Proficient in API automation.

Hands-on experience for mobile automation (iOS and Android).

Solid programming skills in C#.

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test reporting tools.

Strong understanding of Agile Testing and Automated Testing practices.

Preferred Skills Agile Testing methodologies including BDD, TDD, and ATDD.

Expertise in C#.

Experience with Mobile Functional Test Automation.
