We are seeking a dynamic **Recruitment Business Partner** to join our high-performing team in Perth. In this critical role, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the challenges of complex and large-scale projects. You’ll contribute to shaping recruitment strategies, driving process improvements, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.**Key Responsibilities****Skills & Experience*** Proven experience in high volume, blue- & white-Collar recruitment, preferably within the Resources & Energy (Turnaround/Shutdown experience preferred).* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.* Demonstrated experience in developing or supporting onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
