The Opportunity We’re seeking a

Senior Associate level lawyer (5+ years PAE)

to join our high-performing in-house legal team. Reporting directly to the Group’s General Counsel, you’ll play a key role in providing strategic and practical legal advice across the business.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including:

Large-scale construction,development and investment projects

Corporate governance, compliance and risk management

Contract drafting and negotiation

Capital raising, debt finance, corporate and general commercial transactions

Management of external legal service providers

About You We’re looking for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law and transactions (top/mid-tier firm or in-house)

Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills

The ability to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice

Confidence, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset

Experience in AFSL compliance (desirable but not essential)
