In 2012 Yo-Chi opened its doors at Balaclava and set their mark. This was our very first venue which created the magic of what we have built today! Now we are hiring for a

Venue General Manager

to lead from the front, create exceptional guest experiences, and run the venue smooth as swirl!

This opportunity would suit a confident leader who enjoys running shifts independently, elevating a tight knit team and taking ownership of venue’s performance and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead by example - deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team.

Coach & inspire - motivate and develop your team to perform at their best.

Drive standards - uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation.

Financial accountability - manage labour, COGS, and P&L to deliver strong results.

Build culture - recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a positive, high-performing team.

Community focus - connect with the local area through events and partnerships to grow the Yo-Chi love.

Who we’re looking for

An experienced leader in hospitality or retail, ideally with high-volume or multi-site management experience.

Confident in managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets, P&L)

Energetic, resilient, and motivated to grow with Yo-Chi.
