We seek a General Manager (GM) – Global Water to drive the strategic direction and execution of our APAC Global Water division for double‑digit growth.

Key Responsibilities Forecasting and Planning : Develop and implement accurate forecasting models using market trends, customer inputs, analytics to drive business performance and achieve the plan.

Lead the development of annual and long‑term business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.

Participate in the development of corporate strategy, applying functional expertise to test the viability of the strategy and contribute creative ideas and insights.

Develop and lead robust Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to optimize supply chain efficiency and meet customer demand.

P&L Management :

Develop strategies to increase revenue while controlling costs, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term sustainability.

Ensure the achievement of financial targets and manage the P&L to drive profitability and growth.

Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and cost‑effectiveness, ensuring operations align with financial goals.

Focus the Business to Maximize Growth : Prioritize the most impactful opportunities and focus the team around those for success.

Drive the organization towards achieving these goals through effective execution and accountability.

Foster innovative strategies that contribute to customer and market success.

People Leadership :

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth that allows the team to apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

Determine employees' current state, future growth needs, and ensure their development for future success of the business.

Attract and retain a deep and strong talent pool to ensure Franklin has the capability to meet goals.

Lead the development of robust business plans that convert opportunities into actionable strategies for prioritizing projects, optimizing investments, and measurable outcomes.

Promote a culture focused on innovation, encouraging development processes that improve the efficiency and quality of products.

Participate in the selection of strategic partnerships in the supply chain.

Ensure successful launch of new products into the market, creating strategic actions aligned with the company's plan.

Agility and Entrepreneurship Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you need Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

What you need Over 10 years of experience in a Commercial leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and financial management.

Proven experience in forecasting, P&L management, and SIOP management.

Experience integrating acquisitions (preferred).

Experience in the water business, particularly in Mining and Groundwater (preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Demonstrated ability to balance long‑term growth with quarterly performance.

Experience setting and achieving stretch goals.

Action‑oriented with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to empower and inspire teams.

Strong collaborator with a customer‑focused mindset.

Ability to travel as needed to perform the essential duties of the role.
