We are uniquely positioned, managing Probate & Letters of Administration matters ranging in difficulty across almost all Australian jurisdictions. We also assist our clients with deceased estate property transactions, and superannuation claims.

Role Overview
We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated Senior Lawyer to join our fast‑growing team. You will work with, and learn from, Willed Law’s Head of Legal and senior lawyers to help take this area of our business to the next level. There is no need or expectation for you to bring or source clients, as the firm has a significant lead and enquiry base.
Your varied role will include:
Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia
Drafting of estate planning documents
Administrative duties and office assistance as required
Attending to ad‑hoc customer enquiries
This position is Full‑Time and based in Gardenvale, Victoria.

Essential Requirements
A willingness to learn and a positive, can‑do attitude, with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills
A desire to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
Substantial knowledge or practical experience in Wills and Estates
Ability to supervise legal work and to mentor and train staff as well as contribute to the development of individuals and their knowledge and skills in Wills and Estates
3+ Years PQE
Must have Principal Practicing Certificate (PPC) with Trust Authorisation in Victoria
Preferred
Knowledge or experience with PEXA and the Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system
