Base pay range
A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr

Lead a high-volume, complex category in Bearings & Driveline with national responsibility
Own pricing, inventory, lifecycle & supplier strategy across trade, retail & industrial markets
Step into a role requiring commercial judgement, resilience & influence at scale
What you’ll be responsible for
End-to-end category strategy: range, pricing, lifecycle & growth plans
Leading an experienced product team
Data-driven decisions across demand planning, inventory & performance
Cross-functional leadership with Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing
Driving process improvement and category discipline
What you’ll bring
Proven success in senior product or category management within the automotive aftermarket, industrial, wholesale or trade sectors
Experience managing large, complex SKU portfolios
Confident people leadership and stakeholder influence
Data-led mindset with the ability to act decisively
