About the Centre:

Milestones Early Learning Aspley is situated in the heart of Aspley, with ample public transport and shopping outlets. Our centre has two separate buildings that cater for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We are proud to offer large, natural play spaces, age-appropriate equipment in each yard and full of opportunity to learn and discover nature. We are looking for a dynamic and fun Centre Manager to complete our Leadership Team for 2026 With long-standing educators, we provide a positive team culture and environments based on a centre-led approach and respect.

About the Role

Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.

Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.

Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification

Strong experience in a Centre Manager role

A current Working with Childrenโ€™s Check

Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
