Solution Architect

Solution Architect – Perth Robert Walters – an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect to support the Portfolio Management Office in Perth.

Responsibilities

Work on high-impact projects that support core enterprise functions (ERP, HCM, IFM, CAMMS).

Design end-to-end solutions that integrate existing systems and meet non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, scalability and security.

Document architecture clearly for technical teams and business stakeholders.

Collaborate with business leaders, technical experts and external vendors to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Apply architecture governance frameworks, patterns and standards consistently during delivery.

Support vendor engagement activities and transition planning for new systems or upgrades.

Contribute to data architecture strategies relevant to ERP and IFM systems.

Utilise modelling tools such as OrbusInfinity and Microsoft Azure services.

Participate actively in Agile delivery practices aligned with PMBOK methodologies.

Qualifications

TOGAF certification (Foundation / Practitioner) and experience in enterprise architecture methods.

Advanced skills in architectural modelling using OrbusInfinity.

Hands-on experience designing integrated solutions with Azure Integration Services, Microsoft 365, Oracle and other cloud technologies.

Proficiency in security-by-design principles and ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Familiarity with data architecture concepts for ERP and IFM systems.

Experience with Agile methodologies and PMBOK-aligned delivery practices.

Knowledge of DevOps principles, including Infrastructure as Code.

Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) required; additional credentials such as ITIL 4 Foundation highly regarded.

Strong stakeholder management skills and executive-level communication abilities.
