This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s fastest-growing D2C pet brands at a pivotal inflection point. Fit Litter has grown from a challenger brand into an 8‑figure category disruptor across AU, UK and NZ. Now we’re building the engine that will take us to a 9‑figure global brand.
As we enter Stage 2 of our organisational build, we’re scaling internationally, launching major new product lines, expanding into new verticals, and building one of the most sophisticated content + creative machines in the industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who can architect, articulate and execute the brand at every level: visual identity, creative direction, organic content engine, messaging, storytelling, campaigns and customer experience.
You’ll own the full brand and marketing ecosystem, working in tight partnership with our Head of Growth (who owns acquisition, paid media and the performance machine) and our creative content team. Together you will create a unified brand system that attracts, converts and retains customers globally.
This role is for someone who wants to build, not inherit; someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments where you can execute quickly, iterate and bring a brand to life through consistency, design, creativity and storytelling.
WHO YOU ARE
A hybrid brand + creative + marketing leader with deep DTC experience.
An exceptional eye for brand, design and visual identity
Deep understanding of social content, storytelling and cultural moments
Experience leading marketing, creative and content teams
A hands‑on approach able to strategise at a high level but still roll up your sleeves to execute
The ability to build frameworks, pillars, messaging systems and creative guidelines
A grounded, practical approach to marketing – creative but always commercial
A strong collaborative muscle when working with performance teams
A genuine love for the craft of brand‑building and making ideas come to life
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Brand Strategy & Identity
Build, evolve and protect the Fit Litter brand identity
Develop messaging frameworks, brand narrative, tone of voice, style guides and creative systems
Ensure consistent storytelling across all touchpoints
Creative Direction
Oversee concept development, creative quality, visual direction, story arcs and design systems
Provide creative oversight to the Senior Creative Strategist and videographers
Guide the aesthetic and brand persona across campaigns, ads, organic content, packaging and comms
Organic Content Engine
Own the strategy, cadence and quality of our organic TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube and LinkedIn
Help build a scalable content machine that generates reach, engagement and brand awareness
Establish content pillars, narratives and weekly/monthly content rhythms
Direct the team across creative strategy, content creation, social media, design and brand
Lead campaign development for product launches, seasonal moments and brand initiatives
Ensure all marketing output aligns with brand strategy and supports growth goals
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of Growth to ensure messaging and creative align with acquisition strategy
Maintain brand integrity across performance assets
Support the full funnel and retention engine
Customer Experience & Retention (Shared Responsibility)
Co‑develop lifecycle and retention messaging
Apply brand voice and design consistently across email, SMS, packaging, community and loyalty initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING
5‑10+ years experience in DTC/e‑commerce consumer brands
Proven experience scaling a content‑heavy, creative‑led brand to 8‑9 figures
Strong leadership and team management experience
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast‑paced environment
Deep understanding of social platforms and content trends
A grounded, commercial mindset paired with creative excellence
