Residential Division Manager

Residential Division Manager – Bond Care We're growing again! We're hiring a Residential Division Manager to oversee all housing, support teams and our rapidly expanding residential division. You'll manage day-to-day operations, lead support teams and rosters, maintain SIL houses, ensure compliance with NDIS standards and coordinate with clients, support coordinators and allied health professionals to organise ongoing supports.

You'll work closely with the Director and Operations Manager, and will have a personal Executive Assistant to support service delivery across all programs.

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in disability or community services

Understanding of NDIS compliance and reporting

Passion for people and continuous improvement

Accountable solution provider who does not require micro‑management

Location :

Perth, WA (flexible – can work from home except for some meetings)

Full‑time role (24 / 7 SIL houses may require unexpected hours – must be committed and available to ensure continuity of supports)
