Guiding and developing a capable engineering team

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and with commercial awareness

Maintaining high utilisation and effective resource planning

Providing technical oversight across design, programming, commissioning, and integration

Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

Proven experience in automation, control systems, or telemetry engineering

Confidence leading small teams and setting technical direction

Strong organisational discipline and a commitment to quality delivery

Ability to balance hands‑on engineering with leadership and project oversight
