Associate/Senior Associate | Litigation | Melbourne
Turks are looking for a 2 PQE + Associate or Senior Associate to join our high performing and successful litigation practice!
Responsibilities
working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance
develop skills in insurance law and litigation
have regular involvement and direct contact with clients
appear in various courts and tribunals including Magistrates, County and Supreme courts
Requirements
an academic qualification in law, with a current VIC Practicing Certificate
a minimum of 2 years' PQE for an Associate and 4 years' PQE for a Senior Associate, preferably with experience in litigation
excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail
In addition, you will:
be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service
have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously
have a desire for personal development
