Reliability Engineer

For Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability for a leading global defense and security manufacturer within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

Requires: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic or related discipline).

Salary guide: $85,000 - $120,000 per annum.

Location: Outer western suburbs

Your normal day will involve:

Monitoring equipment performance and implementing predictive maintenance to support safe and efficient operations.

Identifying and prioritizing improvement projects for critical assets, aligning with production efficiency goals.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining thorough documentation of business processes.

Implementing systems to track asset performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Playing an integral role in the evolution of the asset integrity program.

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing operational practices, managing safety compliance, and utilizing advanced predictive technologies. You'll work in a vibrant environment that champions collaboration and innovation, all while contributing to the production of critical defense products.
