Career Opportunities: Talent Acquisition Business Partner (6322)
We are seeking our newest Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services and partner closely with leaders to attract and hire high‑quality talent.
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you’ll manage recruitment across our Australian and International stakeholder groups, provide market and process advice, proactively source candidates and deliver a strong, inclusive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide expert advice
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Use data, insights and feedback to improve recruitment processes
Champion the use of technology and AI to enhance hiring outcomes
About you
Previous experience managing multiple roles end to end in a fast-paced internal recruitment function
Confident partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple locations
Curious, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
Team player with a willingness work across dirvse portfolio of roles from Tech to Customer Service, Academia, Public Policy and much much more
Up‑to‑date knowledge of recruitment trends, technology and best practice
